Chilibri BV respecteert je privacy. Deze privacy policy is van toepassing op de bescherming van jouw persoonsgegevens en is in regel met de nieuwe Europese Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) die van kracht wordt vanaf 25 mei 2018.

VERZAMELING EN REGISTRATIE VAN PERSOONSGEGEVENS
Chilibri BV registreert je persoonsgegevens doordat je je aanmeldt voor een opleiding, een online-opleiding of een persoonlijke sessie. Je verstrekt ons zelf de gevraagde gegevens.

Om in te schrijven voor de opleidingen en de nieuwsbrief vragen wij je om ons jouw naam en voornaam, telefoonnummer, adres en e-mail adres te bezorgen. Om te kunnen factureren vragen wij je tevens jouw praktijkgegevens. De gegevensverwerving gebeurt aan de hand van standaard (inschrijf)formulieren en worden strikt vertrouwelijk behandeld.

Overeenkomstig de wet ter bescherming van de Persoonlijke Levenssfeer van 8 december 1992, het Koninklijk Besluit van 4 april 2003 en de General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) die op 25 mei 2018 van kracht wordt en waaraan alle Europese organisaties zich moeten houden inzake persoonlijke gegevens, heb je te allen tijde het recht om die gegevens in te zien, te wijzigen en te laten verwijderen.


GEBRUIK VAN JE GEGEVENS

Je gevens worden enkel gebruikt om onze dienstverlening optimaal te laten verlopen :
- voor boekhouding, betaling, facturatie;
- voor mailing via nieuwsbrieven en email;
- om te bellen in dringende gevallen voor annulering of verplaatsing van individuele sessies of groepslessen;

Je gegevens worden veilig bewaard en niet gedeeld met derden.
Je gegevens kunnen intern wel gebruikt worden voor statistische doeleinden.

Chilibri BV wordt vertegenwoordigd door Heinrike Bergmans, zij is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van de persoonsgegevens, zoals weergegeven in deze privacy verklaring. Klik je vanuit de website van Sarafijn door naar één van de overige docenten, dan is hun privacy policy van toepassing.

Chilibri BV registers your personal data by registering for a study programme, an online training programme or a personal session. You provide us with the requested data yourself.

In order to be able to invoice, we also ask you for your practical details. The acquisition of data is done on the basis of standard (registration) forms and will be treated in the strictest confidence.

- to call in urgent cases for cancellation or relocation of individual sessions or group lessons;
