Inschrijven

Het is belangrijk om tijdig in te schrijven.
Je inschrijving gebeurt via de link die bij de opleiding staat. Inschrijvingen worden zowel centraal als rechtstreeks bij een docent geregistreerd. Door op de link te klikken, wijst de website van Sarafijn je de weg hoe de inschrijving verder verloopt.
De betrokken docent neemt contact op met jou met verdere informatie.
Je inschrijving is pas definitief na betaling van het volledige opleidingsgeld op het rekeningnummer zoals vermeld staat in de extra informatie die jou toegestuurd wordt via mail.
Een vroegboekkorting is enkel mogelijk als dit ook zo vermeld staat bij de betreffende cursus.

Annuleren gebeurt schriftelijk, zowel door de cursist als door Chilibri BV of de betreffende docent.
Annuleren kan tot 14 dagen voor aanvang mits het betalen van een administratieve kost van 50 euro, daarna blijft het volledige cursusgeld verschuldigd, tenzij je tijdig voor een plaatsvervanger zorgt die aan de voorwaarden voldoet. Dit kan enkel voor de start van een opleiding en na schriftelijk akkoord van de betrokken docent.
Annuleer je niet schriftelijk voor aanvang van de activiteit, dan blijft het volledige opleidingsgeld verschuldigd.
Het niet betalen van het inschrijvingsgeld kan nooit gelden als annulatie.
Je schrijft in voor een volledige opleiding zoals dat op de website vermeld staat. Bij vroegtijdig stopzetten om welke reden ook, zal het resterende inschrijfgeld niet terugbetaald worden.
Het niet opnemen van lessen kan niet overgezet worden naar een volgende opleiding.
Indien Chilibri BV een activiteit annuleert, wordt het inschrijvingsgeld volledig terugbetaald. Chilibri BV is niet verantwoordelijk voor andere extra kosten ten gevolge van deze annulatie.

Leveringstermijn boeken en kaarten

De verzending van je aankoop wordt met de grootste zorg uitgevoerd.
Binnen de 7 dagen na je aankoop, wordt het betreffende artikel naar je verstuurd per post.
Indien het artikel beschadigd is, gelieve ons zo snel mogelijk via mail (heinrike(@)sarafijn.be) of telefonisch (+32 476 905 003) te contacteren.

It is important to register in good time.
Your enrolment is done via the link provided with the programme. Enrolments are registered both centrally and directly with a lecturer. By clicking on the link, Sarafijn's website will show you how to proceed with your enrolment.
The lecturer concerned will contact you with further information.
Your enrolment is only final after payment of the full tuition fee to the account number stated in the additional information sent to you by e-mail.
An early booking discount is only possible if this is also stated in the course in question.

Cancellations are made in writing, both by the course participant and by Chilibri BV or the relevant lecturer.
Cancellation is possible up to 14 days prior to the start of the course, subject to payment of an administrative fee of 50 euros, after which the full course fee will remain due, unless you arrange for a substitute who meets the conditions in good time. This is only possible before the start of a programme and with the written approval of the lecturer concerned.
If you do not cancel in writing before the start of the activity, the full tuition fee will remain due.
Failure to pay the enrolment fee can never count as cancellation.
You are enrolling for a full programme as stated on the website. In the event of early cancellation for any reason whatsoever, the remaining enrolment fee will not be refunded.
Failure to take lessons cannot be transferred to a subsequent programme.
If Chilibri BV cancels an activity, the enrolment fee will be refunded in full. Chilibri BV is not responsible for any other extra costs resulting from this cancellation.

The shipment of your purchase will be carried out with the greatest care.
Within 7 days of your purchase, the article in question will be sent to you by post.
